Shortly before receiving the Carnegie Medal of Philanthropy at Gotham Hall in New York City on Thursday night, she spoke with The Associated Press in an interview.
Parton stated during her Carnegie Medal of Philanthropy acceptance speech that she doesn't really have a plan for her charitable giving.
