The Queen of Halloween has returned.

Heidi Klum returned to action this Halloween with a frightening celebration in New York City after two years without her infamous Halloween party.

The 49-year-old model made her comeback on Monday night by donning a full-body worm costume

A curved head and long tail completed the realistic sculpture, which had ridges. Tom Kaulitz, who appeared as a fisherman with a bloody eye, was by her side.

Except for her eyes and mouth and a glimpse of her tan sneakers, Klum's whole body was shrouded in fabric.

In a clip posted on Instagram by Good Morning America, Klum can be seen swaying on the blue carpet and performing the worm dance while squatting down.
