During a sobriety test following her DUI arrest, Ariana Biermann reportedly "had a perceptible sway" and had a THC vape pen in her possession.

The moment Ariana Biermann, 20, was arrested for DUI on Sunday morning, she refused to take a breathalyser test.

She reportedly denied drinking alcohol despite an officer smelling it on her breath, according to a report from the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office.

However, when the officer removed the THC vape pen from her backpack, she reportedly acknowledged using it the previous evening.

After being charged with three misdemeanours and being placed into the Forsyth County Jail, her driver's licence was taken away.
