Multiple fights at Knott’s Berry Farm force park to close early
At Knott's Berry Farm, many fights broke out on Saturday night, causing the park to close early.
Numerous 911 calls, according to Buena Park police, indicated there may have been gunshots, but investigators on the site found no evidence of gunfire.
As they looked into the incident, police encouraged people to stay away from the area.
The park issued a statement saying, "The safety of Knott's Berry Farm's guests and staff is always our top priority
On Saturday night, it was decided to close the park three hours early because of disorderly conduct and fights involving several youths
This behaviour was inconsistent with the ideals of our park and was not what we want any visitor to Knott's Berry Farm to experience.
There was a fight while everyone was crowded to get out
According to Buena Park police, Knott's Berry Farm closed early on Saturday night following many altercations within the park that resulted in numerous injuries.
According to the Orange County Fire Authority, reports of occurrences at the park began to come in just before 8 o'clock.
Multiple fights broke out at the park, and we are investigating an incident at Knotts Berry Farm, the agency told FOX 11.
According to OCFA, fighting at the park resulted in three injuries.
Over the park on Saturday night was SkyFOX. Just after 9 p.m., the gate's lights were seen to be turned off.
For Knott's Summer Nights, the park was intended to stay open until 11 p.m. on Saturday.
