Neurosis Leader Scott Kelly Admits To Physically Abusing Wife And Children, Band Responds

On Saturday, Scott Kelly, the veteran frontman of the incredibly influential underground metal band Neurosis, published a lengthy Facebook statement.

Kelly continues by declaring that he has "completely and totally retired from the profession of music."

Kelly claims in his statement that he attempted to trick his wife into staying by lying to her.

Since 1985, Kelly has been the band's frontman. Neurosis is a cult favourite.

Alongside side projects like Tribes Of Neurot, Blood And Time, Shrinebuilder, and Mirrors For Psychic Warfare, he has also recorded solo music and issued recordings.
