Tiffany Haddish Sued for Molestation, Actress's Lawyer Says Claims Are 'Bogus'
Tiffany Haddish is accused of abusing a 14-year-old girl in 2013, according to court documents acquired by PEOPLE, which the actress's attorney disputes.
A lawsuit accusing Tiffany Haddish of molestation has been addressed by her attorney.
On behalf of a child named John Doe, a plaintiff named Jane Doe filed a complaint against Haddish, 42,
and comedian Aries Spears, 47, in the Los Angeles County Superior Court of California.
adds the lawyer: "Presently, Ms. Morris' adult daughter is acting as her own counsel in this action.
The results of doing this foolish move will be something that they both have to deal with."
The suit asserts that in 2013, John Doe's mother and Haddish were "longtime family friends."
Haddish brought Jane Doe, then 14 years old, to the set of a "sexually explicit Subways commercial."
Haddish allegedly taught Jane Doe how to engage in inappropriate sexual behaviour during the recording after witnessing an older man and woman in a video.
